Q3 Market Update

Well guys the third quarter has officially ended and the Upshur Group had a very successful quarter. While the real estate market remains highly competitive in Philadelphia we were able to guide our clients in the right direction to make the best purchases of homes and sales of their homes. Going into the fourth quarter we can expect the market to begin to slow down a tad, simply for the holidays, which is something that we have not seen in quite some time. But don't get too comfortable as folks are right back out by the end of January in full force.
